What are the Recommended Requirements for Citrix?

Overview

We recommend using the full Citrix Workspace experience, regardless of whether you open the Workspace app directly or use it through a web browser. We do not recommend using the HTML5 version as this will limit your access to some Citrix features.

Requirements - Minimum Specification

• Microsoft Windows 10 (any version)
• Citrix Workspace App 1912 LTSR (this can be downloaded from the Citrix website)

  .NET Framework and Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Packages may be installed during the installation of the Citrix client if not already installed on the workstation.

• 2GHz Dual Core Processor
• 2GB RAM
